1. What are the nutritional benefits of Fruit2day?

Fruit2day is perfectly portioned, all natural, with 2 servings of fruit (or half of the recommended daily requirements,1) in each 6.75 oz. bottle. It contains no added sugar and has only 110-120 calories. It is naturally high in Vitamin C – a natural antioxidant that can help support a healthy immune system and maintain healthy skin.

Americans love fruit, but admit they’re not getting enough. In fact, 90% of Americans don’t eat the recommended four servings of fruit each day, based on a 2,000 calorie per day diet.2

2. Is it the same as eating a piece of whole fruit?

Fruit2day’s small-but-mighty portable bottle is perfectly suited for anytime fruit snacking. It’s a well-portioned, all-natural snack packed with two servings of fruit, or half of the recommended daily fruit requirements1, in each bottle.

While we would not suggest consumers stop eating fresh whole fruit, Fruit2day is compact and portable anytime you want to enjoy a fruit snack. Especially for busy people who don’t currently get enough fruit in their diets.

3. How many fruit servings in each bottle?

There are two servings of fruit in each bottle of Fruit2day; The USDA Dietary Guidelines recommend four servings per day based on a 2,000-calorie diet.

4. How many calories in each serving/bottle?

Each serving contains 110-120 calories, or about the amount found in a medium to large-sized whole banana.3 The amount of calories depends on the flavor. Find more nutritional information on our Product page.

5. Is sugar added to Fruit2day?

No, Fruit2day contains only the sugars that naturally occur in the fruits, it also contains no preservatives. Each bottle contains just 110-120 calories, depending on the flavor.

7. Does Fruit2day contain antioxidants?

Like fruit, Fruit2day is all-natural, with no added sugar or preservatives; and contains vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Fruit2day is high in Vitamin C - a natural antioxidant that can help support a healthy immune system and maintain healthy skin. Each bottle contains several kinds of fruit, allowing for a variety of antioxidant components. Fruits contain naturally occurring phytonutrients such as carotenoids which create their vibrant colors and are thought to have antioxidant properties.

8. How much fiber is in Fruit2day?

Fruit2day blends a variety of real fruit bits, rich fruit purees, and all natural fruit juices in four great-tasting flavor combinations. In addition to providing you with two servings of fruit1, the Cherry Grape, Mango Peach and Strawberry Orange flavors each contain 1 gram of fiber in each 6.75 oz. bottle. The Mango Peach flavor contains 2 grams of fiber per 6.75 oz. bottle.

9. How similar is the sugar content in Fruit2day compared to the sugar content in whole fruit?

The sugar content of Fruit2day is comparable to the sugar content you'd find in whole fruits. For example, a cup of sliced mango contains 25 g of sugar compared to 24 g in a bottle of Mango Peach Fruit2Day. A large apple contains 23 g of sugar, again right in the range of Fruit2Day's 21-24 g of sugar.3

10. How much potassium is in each flavor of Fruit2day?

In addition to providing you with two servings of fruit, the potassium content of Fruit2day is comparable to whole fruit:3

11. Can I give Fruit2day to my children?

Fruit2day is geared toward adults who are health-minded, desire more fruit in their diet and value convenience, but the product is a healthy, satisfying fruit snack for people of all ages. Fruit2day is fine for children, as long as they are able to chew the little fruit bits in the product.

12. Is Fruit2day gluten free?

The FDA has not issued a final regulation for the labeling of gluten-free foods. Fruit2Day is a blend of 100% fruit juices, pieces, and purees that does not include any ingredients that typically contain gluten. We do not currently have an allergen control program in place that allows us to guarantee these products are gluten-free. However, we would not expect the presence of gluten in these foods.
